Jerry

Jerry has been a chef for 20 years, working in Australia, France and some of the best restaurants in London. As Senior Sous Chef, he was part of the management team behind Oxo Tower restaurants and previously with Harvey Nichols V Floor Restaurants. He emphasises the use of good fresh ingredients, to promote great flavours that complement each other. You can truly look forward to one of his superbly prepared meals.

Bettina

Bettina will be your hostess in the evening. Before moving to France, she worked as a PA for 5 years in London, working with her three languages: French, Danish and German. Bettina will be available to help you out with anything you require, such as suggesting alternative itineraries if you are not skiing and making bookings on your behalf.
